I've been a serial entrepreneur since I was 18. Around 2010, I successfully exited a business, and that experience – especially around Customer Lifetime Value, sales, and streamlining processes – opened the door to helping other businesses. In fact, I became so passionate about Customer Lifetime Value that I wrote a book about it: 'Customer Life Time Value: The Secret to building a long-term customer centric business'. That expertise led me into consulting, coaching/ advisory, and project work.
Did you know 70% of businesses fail within the first 5 years, and those that survive most don’t scale? That's a horrible statistic, and I wanted to do something about it.
I get it because I’ve been there.
